Ok, If Jennifer Aniston weighs 110lbs and is 5'6" and is 41 years old she should be consuming 1495 calories is she is sitting on the couch doing NOTHING AT ALL. If she was lightly active 1-3 times per week she should be consuming 1713 calories, and is she were to be working out moderately 3-5 times per week her calories were jump to 1931 per day. And on and on and on......
So in the news she is on this BABY Food diet. I stayed up until after midnight trying to pick out what 14 baby food items I would pick to fill me up, and these were what I probably would have chosen, but I love food way too much to attempt this calorie deficit! So there is also a lean adult dinner that is included with veggies and lean meats, which I am sure wouldn't be more than 3-400 calories, so we are talking about 1100 calories or so for Jennifer Aniston on her already small frame, and I am quite sure she works out quite hard to maintain her body.
If you would like to know how many calories you should be consuming, drop me a line!
Think of your body as a car! It will not drive without gas! This is a quick fix and I don't recommend it, but might be okay days before the Oscars!

Basal metabolic rate (BMR), and the closely related resting metabolic rate (RMR), is the amount of energy expended while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment, in the post-absorptive state (meaning that the digestive system is inactive, which requires about twelve hours of fasting in humans).
