Zumbatomic® is a great way for children to not only be physically active, but to learn functional, social and confidence building skills in a safe, positive environment. Children participate in various skill building activities through movement while learning about different cultures, and why it is important to be active. Children are encouraged to be creative and work together as they make their way to a healthy life. And most importantly, the children are having lots of fun.
It's an exciting, Latin inspired, dance 'n tone program. This is the original dance-fitness class taken to the next level. ZUMBA® TONING is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. I can order you the 1 lb, sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. (Or you can bring your own 1lb hand weights to start!) In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance.
Now that you've worked on your lower body rhythm, it's time to perfect the upper body! The NEW and exciting Zumba toning program is designed to offer the participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! This class is open to everyone, no previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary.

Pole dancing is now regarded as a recognized form of exercise and can be used as both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. Recognized schools and qualifications are being developed as pole dancing increases in popularity, with the overall sex appeal toned down.
Pole dancing has gained popularity as a form of exercise, with increased awareness of the benefits to general strength and fitness. This form of exercise increases core and general body strength by using the body itself as resistance, while toning the body as a whole. It is also generally reported by pole dancing schools to be empowering for women and to build confidence.
The workout starts out with only walking and gradually advances to walk/run workouts and finally to all running. If you feel you are a bit more advanced and would like to start with some running right away, I will help you choose your appropriate point in the program to start. Just remember not to start out too quickly. You will find running advice and training advice on effective running training methods, training and running guidelines, workouts, drills and training routines.
Cardio kickboxing is a full-body, aerobic workout that will make you feel amazing, gain incredible core strength and overall power faster than you can say grapevine. This class consists of a series of drills including shadow boxing, various types of kicks, and punching/kicking combinations. Set for all levels, GI Jane has been teaching this class since 1997!
Strengthen your core, increase balance and so much more while having fun with exercise balls. This is an excellent class to improve your fitness level while adding some variety to your workout. You'll have a ball! The stability ball is one of the most widely used training tools in the fitness industry. We will use different balls throughout class to keep you on your toes.....Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, Balance Balls and more! I challenge you to try and HAVE A BALL!

Effective body weight workouts require the coordination of multiple major muscle groups of the body. These are the types of exercises that will develop the strength, coordination, and endurance involved in our everyday activities such as throwing a ball, swinging a golf club, or helping a friend move a couch up a flight of stairs. Derived from a basic system of exercises which help align the spine and open energy channels in our bodies. Like yoga, the exercises have three basic functions: movement toward and away from center and rotation around it. However, unlike yoga, Pilates involves constant movement, rather than holding the poses as is the case in yoga. While both yoga and Pilates movements are executed with a focus on breath and alignment. Pilates can be a valuable tool for enhancing strength, definition, and good posture in partnership with Yoga.
This class will give you a total body strengthening session while you are coached every step of the way. The session will include strength, cardio and balancing training using free weights, TRX Suspension Systems Bands, stability balls, and calisthenics.
This class will target all the muscles in your body and strengthen and stretch them all leaving you feeling energized.
